We had a bit of a dance with the kids and they enjoyed some popcorn and ice cream treats. I indulged in some cocktails but they were really not very enjoyable at all an I could not drink either of them.

The staff did not offer any assistance in this regard. And te drinks were very over priced. I wasted quite a bit of money here.

We returned for buffet breakfast the next day and it was nothing special. Just a regular buffet and not a great vibe in this area. I was disappointed in the food here for buffet breakfast.

I'd like to return for lunch or dinner some time so we can enjoy the real food on offer. We had room service on several occasions during last weeks stay at the Metropol, and on both occasions the food arrived on a trolley and was served hot and was of a very high standard.

The bar atmosphere is pleasant with a reasonable variety of drinks available and service is very good. Worth a visit, next time we will try the restaurant itself.
